COVID19 PROTOCOLS
GCKM is committed to keeping our community safe and healthy. As we begin to reopen the studio, we are introducing new functionality, stringent cleaning procedures and social distancing protocols to support the health and wellness of our members and instructors. See what you can expect when we reopen, and please read and follow the guidelines below to enjoy the studio!
CLASS RESERVATIONS
To uphold new social distancing standards, we will be limiting class sizes to 8 spots per class. Members can reserve one class per day, up to two weeks in advance of the current date, using our online booking platform.
To reserve your workout:

Visit the Members Only page and click on "Class Signup"

Find the class you want to take and click "Sign Up"
Note: If you can’t make it, please cancel no later than one hour prior to the start of class.
CLASS CHECK-IN
You will no longer need to grab your card to check-in for. class. The instructors will be tracking who attends class and will stamp your card for you!

If you want to know how many classes you have attended ask an instructor and they will show you your card.
HOURS & OPERATION
The studio will re-open with these temporary changes in place:

Class schedule has been modified to allow for to support social distancing and allow for daily cleaning

Class times have been modified to allow time to clean equipment and floor space before/after instruction

Equipment has been moved to provide ample space to work out safely

Students will be designated mat space to train in for the duration of the class to support social distancing

Water station will be closed for now; please bring your own water and water bottle

To uphold new social distancing standards and manage traffic flow, we are instituting a floor marker plan.

Equipment has been moved to provide
CLEANLINESS
Now more than ever, GCKM is focused on studio cleanliness and sanitation. For your peace of mind, we will be conducting daily cleaning and disinfecting of studio surfaces and equipment. We can't do it alone though, we are asking that before and after class you make sure to wipe down your equipment and floor space. Throughout the day, we will wipe surfaces with disinfectant to help diminish the spread of germs. Paper towels, microfiber cloths and cleaning solution continue to be available.
LIMITING EXPOSURE TIPS
Help keep your body and our community healthy by following all posted guidelines and these tips:

Wash your hands frequently with soap or sanitizer for at least 20 seconds

Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

Respect a safe social distance from other members and team members; do not use benches or machines that are within someone else’s workout radius

Avoid close contact with people who are sick

Stay home if you’re unwell or if you’ve been exposed, and cancel your reservation
EXPOSURE CONCERNS
If you have any concerns about exposure or experience signs of illness, please contact your doctor. It’s important for all of us to remain vigilant about our own health and wellness, and to be thoughtful of others around us. We offer daily digital workouts and Zoom classes twice a week that you can do at home to keep up your fitness until you are better.
